How to Control Creatinine in Renal Failure Patient

shijiazhuang patient viocepatients with Renal Failure, many of them are in high creatinine levels. This situation is often caused by the damage of kidneys. Due to the damage of kidneys, much creatinine cannot be removed out of the body, thus leading to the high creatinine level in the body. Excessive amount of creatinine cannot only harm kidneys, also it can damage the other parts or organs of the body. So the issue about how to control the creatinine in renal failure becomes much important.
But the first we will take a look at the normal creatinine levels in the body. The normal creatinine levels in the body are about 0.6 to 1.2 milligrams(mg) per deciliter(dl) in adult males and 0.5 to 1.1 mg per dl in adult females.
Except the above mentioned criteria for normal creatinine levels in the body, in fact, there are another measurement methods. Generally, the normal range of serum creatinine is 44-133 umol/L, if the value exceed this range, we usually consider it abnormal.
Both measurements suggested in fact are the same, and their difference in the value is caused by the different measuring units. So no matter either method is used, the result in the judge of creatinine level is the same.
As for the problems of how to control the creatinine level in renal failure, generally there are many ways and methods which can be used to control the creatinine levels. Generally, they include the aspect of diet, exercise, medications, regular treatment, etc.
The proper uses of diet, moderate exercises regularly, as well as the cautious medications are all beneficial in the control of creatinine levels. However, if the root causes for creatinine are not analyzed and solved, the problems of high creatinine levels cannot be settled fundamentally.
So how the high creatinine level is caused? The root is briefly mentioned in the above passage, and simply speaking, they are caused by the severe decline in glomerulus filtration rate as a result of the damage of kidneys in the cases of renal failure. If the damaged glomerulus is repaired well, its filtration functions can be restored as before, so creatinine will be excreted out of the body instead of building up in the body.

Aiming at this theory, we use Micro-Chinese Medicine to fulfill the above objectives. Many patients with renal failure are gradually recovering from the uses of Micro-Chinese Medicine. At the same time, their high creatinine levels are controlled or reduced. If you are interested in this treatment, consult us without hesitation.

Does Creatinine 4.4 mean Renal Failure

Does Creatinine 4.4 mean Renal Failure? Many patients have raised this question recently. In order to help the patients, I want to talk about this problem for them.
The first we should talk about something about creatinine. Creatinine is a metabolic product produced by muscles in the body. Usually the creatinine level in the body is quite stable. In this case, what is the matter about high creatinine levels? Is creatinine 4.4 high or low? So next I will introduce more something about creatinine levels.
I said in the above that in normal cases the creatinine level is stable in the body. So how the high creatinine level in the body generate? In normal cases, high creatinine level in blood is often caused by the following reasons.
High levels of creatinine in the blood can mean the serious damage about kidneys, which may imply that there exists something about kidneys diseases, for example Diabetes, or, the kidney damages are caused by something else such as infections, shock, or low blood flows into the kidneys. Other possible reasons for kidneys’ damage include the urinary tract blockage such as kidney stones, heart failure, muscular dystrophy, other various diseases.
After we know the possible reasons which lead to high creatinine levels in the blood, next I will introduce the normal creatinine levels in the blood.
For adult men, the normal values of creatinine level are between 0.7 to 1.2 milligrams per deciliter(mg/dL), while in the women, the normal value is between 0.6 to 1.0 mg/dL. Generally, the creatinine value reaches to the maximum level in his or her twenties, and from then on, creatinine value will go down along with the time.
So we can get the conclusions that creatinine 4.4 has already exceeded the normal value ranges. So does creatinine 4.4 mean the Renal Failure?
The high creatinine level such as 4.4 may indicate that the kidneys are suffered some damages. The very important thing now is to receive an inspection so as to recognize the high creatinine leves are induced by kidney damages or other reasons.

Through conversion, creatinine 4.4 is equivalent to 16% in the glomerulus filtration rate. According to the related criteria of period of renal functions, creatinine 4.4 really means the Renal Failure. If you need more information, our experts available on line will help you.

What Does High Creatinine Level Mean

Creatinine is the by-product of muscle metabolism and its level is relatively stable due to the steady total amount of one’s muscle. Although the weight of people is different from one to one, there is a roughly standard of the normal creatinine level.
The normal creatinine level
It is considered normal to see creatinine level in blood is between 0.6 to 1.2 mg/dl for adult male and 0.5 to 1.1 mg/dl for female. Muscular people and middle-aged people are usually to have a slight higher level than the ordinary people. However, elderly people trend to have a little lower creatinine level because of their change of physical conditions. Infants are likely to have 2.0 or more levels depending on their growth. All these cause are normal and no special attention should be paid. Once creatinine is far higher than normal levels that mean high creatinine happens.
What does high creatinine level mean
Kidneys are responsible for the excretion of toxins and wastes in blood. When produced, creatinine flows through kidneys where it is discarded out the body. Besides, since kidneys neither secrete nor reabsorb creatinine, it is reliable to know how well the kidneys are functioning by creatinine level.
High creatinine level may be caused by many ways, but the dysfunction of your kidneys plays an important part. If your high creatinine level is caused by the other causes, the creatinine level will get down for a period, otherwise, high creatinine level is an indicator of abnormal functioning kidneys.
Faced with high creatinine, it is important to take effective treatment, otherwise your healthy may be harmed and even your life may be threatened. Any question, email me at kidneyservice@hotmail.com .

What Leads To High Creatinine Level

Skype:live:kidneyservice Email: kidneyservice@hotmail.com
Creatinine level in blood is constant because it is determined by the total amount of muscle. However, high creatinine level is likely to be seen when the following conditions happens.
Kidney disease
After the metabolism of muscle, creatinine is secreted into blood stream and finally emitted by kidneys. With diseased kidneys, creatinine cannot be discarded effectively because of the decreased kidney working ability.
Diabetes mellitus and high blood pressure
Long-term of diabetes mellitus or high blood pressure will do adverse influence on other organs and tissues, kidneys are also easy to be affected. Once affected, their normal filtration function can be declined, as a result, high creatinine level present. And in this circumstance, kidney damage trends to develop faster because the kidneys are not only damaged by their kidney disease but also suffers from diabetes mellitus or high blood pressure.
Dehydrate
Dehydrate is an also important reason for high creatinine level. This situation is often found among people with one kidney. Such people mostly are the kidney transplant recipient or the kidney donor. When high creatinine level happens on these people, they are easy to be suspected with kidney disease, but the real cause may be dehydrate.
Heart disease
High creatinine levels may also be linked with atherosclerosis and some heart surgeries, such as aneurysm repair. When dealing with high creatinine level, this situation should also be take into consideration.
Some kinds of Foods
Creatinine is not only can be influenced by inner body conditions but also the outer sources. When one eats more fish or meats, his/her creatinine level is easy to be evaluated.

Above all conditions can cause high creatinine levels but the lasting time is different. High creatinine level is transient if it is leaded by heart disease, dehydrate and foods transient, otherwise, it is caused by kidney disease or kidney damage resulted from diabetes or high blood pressure. Any question, email me at kidneyservice@hotmail.com.

Abnormal Creatinine Level May Point to Kidney Disease

Metabolism goes on in every organ and tissue and it is also goes with muscles. Every metabolism is sure to generate some waste and muscle is not out of exception. Creatinine is a waste of muscle, when produced, it is usually separated from body by kidneys. Therefore, the healthy people are rarely to be seen with abnormal creatinine levels and if such phenomenon happens, it may point to kidney disease.
How to determine abnormal creatinine level
It is reasonable to see creatinine level between 0.6 to 1.2 mg/dl on adult men and 0.5 to 1.1 mg/dl on adult women. People only with one kidney may have a higher creatinine level and that may between 1.6 to 1.8 mg/dl. If people’s level is far more than the normal range, there may be something wrong with your kidneys.
Why does abnormal creatinine level point to kidney disease
l Firstly, its produced amount is stable because of the constant total amount of muscle.
l Secondly, it is mainly emitted by kidneys where it cannot be secreted or reabsorbed.
l Thirdly, in normal people with healthy kidney, its level is normal.
What can I do with abnormal creatinine level
Never ignore the abnormal creatinine level which cannot be recognized until half of renal functions lost. Without proper actions, renal functions will be losing until none and during this process, dialysis and kidney transplant may be your options to get out the toxins and wastes in the body. In order not to suffering from this disease, you must take some effective actions.
l Choose proper treatment. The current treatment often focuses on how to reduce creatinine simple and ignoring to find the actual causes-kidney damage. However, it is important to pinpoint the real reasons and then take treatment.
l Keep on healthy diet. Diet is also an necessary part of treating your disease becomes the substance coming from the foods may put an extra damage to kidneys if without proper diet.
l Do exercise. Properly exercise is sure to bring benefits to kidneys.
Never regret until lose, so treasure your kidneys and take care of your kidneys and pay attention to abnormal creatinine level. Any question, email me at kidneyservice@hotmail.com

Creatinine Level of 1.5 indicates Kidney Failure or not

Does creatinine level of 1.5 indicates kidney failure or not? Many patients have raised about this questions. So here I want to make some introductions
First let me guide you to look at something about creatinine.
Creatinine is a waste product metabolized by muscles in our bodies. Under some certain conditions, the level of creatinine is mainly determined by the functions of Glomerulus Filtration. The certain conditions include both the stability in intake of exogenous creatinine and the constant in generation amount of endogenous creatinine.
In those certain conditions mentioned above, creatinine levels can reflect the functions of glomerulus filtration as well as the situation of kidney damages. Then, what are the normal creatinine levels in blood?
The normal serum creatinine range for men is between 0.5 to 1.5mg/dL, while in women, the range is nearly the same or a little bit lower. And creatinine levels usually reach the peak summit in the twenties and then begin to decline again as the years go by.
Another case is that a person who has only kidney may have a normal creatinine level of 1.8 or 1.9. Creatinine levels of 2.0 in babies and 10.0 or more in adults may indicate severe kidney damages or renal failure.
Although creatinine level of 1.5 is a little bit high, if you are asymptomatic, that is to say you are having not any symptoms in your body, generally there will be no much severe problems with your kidneys. At this time you should use other inspections so as to ascertain your kdineys’ real conditions.
So, creatinine levels measurement is only the first step to find out whether your kidneys are well or not. In fact, Creatinine Clearance is another better assessment of your kidney functions And creatinine clearance is usually done with a urine specimen that are collected in 24 hours. This assessment involves both the serum creatinine as well as the creatinine in your urines.

We can get the conclusions that creatinine level of 1.5 usually does not indicate kidney failure. It usually needs to combine with other measurement such as Creatinine Clearance and others so that we could have a accurate comprehension on kidneys.

Creatinine Levels in Urine — Shijiazhuang Kidney Disease Hospital

Creatinine Levels in Urine — Shijiazhuang Kidney Disease Hospital
Creatinine is a substance found in the blood, urine, and in muscle tissues. Many patients have recently asked a lot of problems concering creatinine levels in blood, so here I wall offer my suggestions.
Specifically, it is a metabolic product of muscle, and it is steady in the body without being affected by diet or normal physical activities. Creatinine is flushed out of the body accompanying with urine. There is little or no reabsorption in the kidneys. So in normal cases creatinine level is relatively stable.
The normal creatinine levels in urine is 90 to 140 milliliters or the 1.78 to 2.32 milliliters per second for men, In the other hand, the normal range for women are 87 to 107 or 1.45 to 1.78 milliliters per second.
As for the creatinine levels in urine, there are generally include the high and low creatinine levels.
High ceatinine levels are often caused by the strenuous exercises, muscle injury, burns, pregenancy, etc. And high creatinine is often used as an indicator for serious kidney damages, hypothyroidism, etc.
On the other hand, low creatinine level often indicates the damages to kidneys, which can be caused by the infections, shock, cancer, and the flow of blood as well as the urinary tract blockage, etc.
The inspection of the concentration on urine creatinine level alone has not any help in the judgment of evaluating renal functions. It can combine together with another similar inspection--- Serum Creatinine so that these two measurement methods could be used as the necessary indicators for endogenous creatinine clearance rate.
As for serum ceatinine and urine creatinine the previous one is considered as more important than the latter one. The stable blood creatinine is always suggested as the sign that kidneys are functioning well. Also, experts tend to have these opinions that low urine creatinine levels are not a concern, if only the serum creatinine is normal.

From the above we can see that creatinine levels in urine should keep in a normal range because whether the creatinine leve of urine is high or low, they both may indicate some diseases. Are you interested in something here? You are welcomed to consult for any reasons.

Bianque, whose original name is Qin Yueren, is an ancient Chinese doctor in the Warring States of China at the beginning of the 4th century BC. Bianque is famous for his brilliant medical knowledge and kind heart. He had cured many diseases of common people, so he was conferred as "Bianque", which is the name of a legendary well-known doctor in ancient times.People who are interested in Chinese Medicine may hears of the Four Diagnostic Methods, namely looking, listening, asking and pulse-feeling (“Looking” means looking at observing the appearance complexion and tongue fur, “listening” refers to listening to the sound of the patient's speech and breath, “asking” refers to asking about the patient's condition, and “pulse-feeling” is just in the literal meaning.). It is summarized by Bianque and based on the experience of predecessors he found.
The diagnostic methods lay a foundation for the diagnoses of traditional Chinese Medicine. BIanque was skillful in observing the complexion countenance of the patient to diagnose disease and estimate the disease evolvement. The story of "Bianque met King Caihuan" was about Bianque's accurate diagnosis on .King Caihuan by observing his face. According to Shi Ji (Historical Records) Bianque is acclaimed to be the first doctor to apply the clinical-pluse-diagnosis to clinic. Meanwhile, he was appreciated to be the exponent of the sphygmology in Traditional Chinese Medicine. According to "Bibliographic Treatise, Chronicles of the Han Dynasty", Bianque has two works: Internal Canon of Medicine and External Canon of Medicine, but both of them had been lost.
Bianque once traveled all the kingdom to cure diseases for people, rich and poor. In order to commemorate Bianque, people have built numerous magnificent temples. If you come to China, you will find some temples of Bianque are still kept well. These relics show people’s reverence to Bianque's contribution to Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Zhaozhou Bridge is named after ZhaoZhou (former name of Zhao County). It is also known as Anji Bridge in the past. Another name for the bridge is the Great Stone Bridge. Zhaozhou Bridge is the world's oldest open-spandrel stone segmental arch bridge. Credited to the design of a craftsman named Li Chun, the bridge was constructed in the years 595-605 during the Sui Dynasty (581–618). Located in approximately 45 kilometres (25 mi) southeast of the provincial capital Shijiazhuang, Zhaozhou Bridge is the oldest standing bridge in China. It crosses the Xiao River in Zhao County.
Zhaozhou Bridge is about 50 m long with a central span of 37.37 m. It stands 7.3 m tall and has a width of 9 m. The arch covers a circular segment less than half of a semicircle (84°) and with a radius of 27.27 m, has a rise-to-span ratio of approximately 7.3 to 37 m. The Zhaozhou Bridge influenced the design of later Chinese bridge structures, such as the similar Yongtong Bridge near Zhaoxian in Hebei. The Yongtong Bridge is a 26 m (85 ft) long stone segmental-arch bridge built in 1130 by the Song structural engineer Pou Qianer.
The intriguing design of the Zhaozhou Bridge has given rise to many legends. According to one legend, the bridge was built by a master architect named Lu Ban in a single night. In another story, the bridge was put to the test by two immortals who crossed it at the same time and Lu Ban saved it by wading into the water and supporting the structure. Zhaozhou Bridge is really strong. In the past 1400 years, the bridge survived at least eight wars, ten major floods and numerous earthquakes, the most recent being the 7.2-magnitude Xingtai Earthquake in 1966. Yet, the support structure remains intact and the bridge is still in use. Only the ornamental railings have been replaced every few hundred years.
Although Ming Dynasty (1368–1644) authors compared the bridge to "a new moon rising above the clouds" and "a long rainbow hanging on a mountain waterfall", it later fell into obscurity. When Professor Liang Sicheng of Tsinghua University rediscovered the bridge on a field exploration of ancient architecture in Hebei province, made detailed measurements, and published a report and drawing, it became world famous.
Zhaozhou Bridge was dedicated as an International Historic Civil Engineering Landmark by the American Society of Civil Engineers in 1991. In 1996, the Chinese authorities nominated it for inclusion in the World Heritage List as having "a very important place in the world bridge building history".

Finally, if you come to Shjiazhuang, you should not miss Zhaozhou Bridge. Welcome you to Zhaozhou Bridge.

A shining Diamond—Lijiang River

shijiazhuang patient vioce
As a famous tourist attraction, Lijiang River is a shining diamond among China's beautiful mountains and rivers. Originated from Mao'er Mountain at Xing'an County, northeast of Guilin City, Lijiang River winds its way southeast for about 437 kilometers via Guilin City, Yangshuo City to Gongcheng Estuary of Pingle County in Guangxi Province. The upper course of the River is connected by the ancient Lingqu Canal with the Xiang River, which flows north into the Yangtze. In the past, Lijiang River and Gui Rivers are parts of a highly important waterway connecting the Yangtze Valley with the Pearl River Delta.
The segment from Guilin City to Yangshuo City resembles a green silk belt, winding among the peaks and the chains of mountains. The blue miraculous peaks, green mountains and green waters mutually embellish, just as a long scroll painting. For several thousands of years, a great number of scholars have been intoxicated with it and praised it by paintings and poems. As one of China's most famous scenic areas, the segment of the mountains and waters of the Lijiang River is printed on the back of the new version paper currency RMB 20.
If you come to Lijiang River, there are 3 suggesting routes or segments for you:
The first route is from Guilin City to Yangdi (total 46km; 4 hours' voyage). The scenic spots are a bit far from the waterway. Scenic spots near Guilin City include the Elephant Trunk Hill, the Pagoda Hill (Sword Hill), etc. Two hills named "Chuanshan" on the east bank and "Guishan" on the opposite west bank resemble a pair of fighting roosters.

The second route is from Yangdi to Xingping (total 17km; 40 minutes' voyage). This segment has the most beautiful landscape of waters and hills. Many scenic spots are on both banks of the Lijiang River. For example, the ferry precipices of the Half-Side Ferry seem cut by knife, which is seldom seen in the world; the peaks are standing upright on both banks and the flying waterfall is being suspended highly at the Erlang Gorge; the precipice of the Mural Hill is even and straight as if cut by knife, interlaced and decorated with the colors of white, yellow, gray and black, etc. After boating out of the Siwang, one can see nine horses on the precipice of the Mural Hill, so it is commonly called as the Nine-Horse Painting.

FAQ about Lowering High Creatinine Level 3.0 and Chronic Renal Failure

“Mrs. ... age 47 years is suffering from chronic renal failure. Her creatinine is 3.0 and blood urea is 56. Please inform if she can be treated by your medicine without transplantation and without dialysis”.
-Her creatinine level is not too high. According to her creatinine level in blood, she is in stage 4 kidney disease. Hence it is very possible for her to avoid developing stage 5 kidney disease, which is the end stage kidney disease and dialysis after receiving Micro-Chinese Medicine Osmotherapy. This is because our therapy has better effects on treating early stage of kidney disease. When one develops the end stage kidney disease, it is difficult to avoid dialysis or get rid of dialysis.

Creatinine level 3.0 in blood can be reduced by micro Chinese medicine Osmotherapy. In this therapy, natural herbs are used by external application method. The medicine in the therapy can reach kidneys very soon and repair damaged kidney function of filtrating wastes including creatinine. After the treatment, your creatinine level decreases and it will not increase easily because your kidney function is repaired.

Tips for Lowering Creatinine Level

Viber/WhatsApp:+8618233197080 Skype:live:kidneyservice Email: kidneyservice@hotmail.com
shijiazhuang patient vioceCreatinine refers to a metabolic waste that is produced as a result of muscle metabolism in the body. In normal cases, creatinine level in the body is stable, and high creatinine levels often indicate that the kidneys are damaged. If high creatinine level is not effectively controlled, the mass accumulation of this waste in the body can cause further damage to the kidneys, and other systems and organs in the body can also be suffered. So, measures should be taken to lower the creatinine levels as well as protect the kidney functions.
Next I will list some of the useful tips to lower creatinine levels and you can directly put them into practice so as to lower your creatinine levels as well as protect your renal functions.
Maigre Diet
Consuming a lot of vegetarian diet may help you to reduce the creatinine levels, that is because creatinine are only found in animal products, such as meat, animal liver, etc.
Avoid Severe Physical Activity
Strenuous physical activity can accelerate the muscles’ metabolism, which therefore produces so much of creatinine in the body.
Drink Nettle Leaf Tea
Drink one to two cups of nettle leaf tea every day. Nettle leaf tea is a tonic substance which can improve the renal function, thereby the Serum Creatinine levels can be reduced.
Alpha Lipoic Acid
It is suggested to take the dosage of 300mg of alpha lipoic acid every day. It really provides energy to kidneys as well as improves the renal functions, so the creatinine level in blood can decline.
Regular exercises with Yoga
This exercise with yoga or other appropriate sports can help you to reduce your blood pressure so as to prevent the hypertension’s damage to your kidneys.
Intake of more fluids and drinks
Fluids and drinks can help to flush out the creatinine from your kidneys so that your kidneys can be protected better.
Above mentioned are some tips to lower creatinine levels as well as protect renal functions, besides those tips, we think that only the damaged kidneys can be repaired effectively, creatinine levels can fundamentally reduce.

Micro-Chinese Medicine, adopted by our hospital, can repair the damaged kidney basilar membrane, therefore the glomerulus filtration can gradually restore to a normal level, so creatinine levels can be effectively lowered by the strengthened elimination capability. If you are interested in this treatment, you can consult our experts for more information.

Why Overweight People are Easy to Suffer from Renal Failure?

Viber/WhatsApp:+8618233197080 Skype:live:kidneyservice Email: kidneyservice@hotmail.com
Overweight isn’t just a cosmetic problem and it’s a health problem as well. Most people know overweight can cause Hypertension, high blood fat, arteriosclerosis, fatty liver, Diabetes, stroke and other diseases while very people realize that overweight can also lead to Renal Failure. In fact, overweight does damage to kidneys through four ways: high blood pressure, high blood sugar (Diabetes), high blood fat, high uric acid. Meanwhile, these four factors interact, forming a vicious circle. Many overweight people do not understand why they are suffering from Renal Failure without any warning signs.
Renal damage under high blood pressure
Overweight can result in Hypertension. When the blood pressure elevates, there will be more pressure on blood vessels in kidneys. If this condition lasts for a long time, blood vessels in kidneys will hardenas well as the kidneys. In addition, due to overweight, a large amount of fat will wrap the kidneys, there will occur buildup of fat, causing bad blood circulation in kidneys. In the early stage, there will occur hardening of glomerulus. As time goes by, in the end stage, the kidneys may be in a state of Renal Failure or atrophy.
Renal damage under high blood fat
Overweight can easily cause high blood fat, thereby lead to renal damage. The morphological change of kidneys is the increase of fat in kidneys, increase in weight and enlargement in size. In histological test, there usually appears obvious deposition of fat granule in renal tubules and glomerular basement membrane and glomerulus is enlarged, thus leading to focal segmental glomerulosclerosis and then Renal Failure.
Renal damage under high blood sugar
Overweight is easy to cause insulin resistance and then latent Diabetes. Especially, women with a fatty body are tend to suffer from non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus (NIDDM). The onset is latent and usually there are no typical symptoms, like polydipsia (drink more), eat more (polyphagia), diuresis (urinate more). Some patients look very strong with rosy cheeks and full of energy. These patients usually go to see a doctor because of some complications and Renal Failure is one of the first complications.
Renal damage under high uric acid
Hyperuricemia is caused by long-term metabolic disorder of purine metabolism, which is common in overweight people. The manifestations are the recurrence of acute arthritis, deposition of gouty tophus, chronic arthritis, joint deformity, pathological changes in renal parenchyma and the formation of acid calculus. About a quarter of the patients may intermittently occur little proteinuria in the early stage. As the disease progresses, there may occur persistent proteinuria as well as microscopic hematuria. The urine shows negative and there may occur mild edema and moderate benign Hypertension. Decline of concentration function of renal tubular may occur to almost all the patients. Besides, the damage of concentration function of renal tubular is earlier than the damage of glomerular function. The disease usually progresses into Renal Failure after a long time, thus threatening people's life.
There are some signals, prompting the kidneys have been damaged.
When there occurs the following symptoms with the overweight people, they should go to the hospital to do some relevant tests. Especially overweight people with a medical history of kidney disease should pay much attention.
1. Aching and limp in waist and knees, and feel fatigue in the whole body;
2. Edema on eyelids and bilateral lower limbs;
3. Much foam in urine and last for a long time, which may be the signal of proteinuria;
4. Patients with high blood pressure, high blood sugar, high blood fat and high uric acid;
5. Bad appetite, nausea, vomiting, abdominal distension, diarrhea and peculiar smell in mouth with unknown reasons;
6. Anemia with unknown reasons;
7. Bone pain in the whole body and skin inch without obvious reasons;

8. Infection, such as respiratory tract infection or urinary infection.

What Causes Renal Failure——Shijiazhuang Kidney Disease Hospital

What Causes Renal Failure——Shijiazhuang Kidney Disease Hospital
In general, Renal Failure means part or complete loss of renal function which is caused when various chronic kidney diseases develop into the end stage. According to the priority of the disease, Renal Failure can be divided into Acute Renal Failure and Chronic Renal Failure. When patients are diagnosed with Renal Failure, they often wonder what causes Renal Failure to them. The following are the reasons for Renal Failure.
Chronic Kidney Diseases
Renal Failure is a pathologic state part or complete loss of renal function. Various chronic kidney diseases may lead to the progressive decline of kidney functions and gradually develop into end stage. The chronic diseases which may lead to Chronic Renal Failure include Primary Glomerulonephritis, Diabetic Nephropathy, Hypertensive Nephropathy, renal interstitial tubular nephropathy, Polycystic Kidney etc.
Medication
According to the survey to many patients with Renal Failure, it is found that the improper intake of renal toxic drugs in a long term can cause damage to the kidneys, and when it develops into certain stage, Kidney Failure will occur. Take painkiller for example, because painkiller contains phenacetin, if taken for a long time, it will do constant damage to kidneys, causing chronic tubulointerstitial nephritis and then Renal Failure; Besides, drugs like gentamicin, if improperly used, can also lead to Renal Failure.
Inappropriate application of renal toxic drugs will aggravate the disease and quickly lead to Renal Failure. However, patients can not stop using renal toxic drugs because of its renal toxicity. If these drugs are taken under the instruction of professional doctors and the renal toxicity is well controlled with corresponding measures, we can make full use of its advantages.
Misdiagnosis Leading to Chronic Renal Failure
Because some symptoms of kidney disease are similar to those of other diseases, it would easily cause misdiagnosis and delay the right treatment. Thereby the disease will deteriorate, and the damage to kidneys will be aggravated, finally causing Renal Failure. For example, when there is anemia, if the patients lack the general knowledge of kidney disease, they will go to treat only anemia, and ignore the mild symptoms such as weakness, fatigue, high blood pressure, nocturia etc or refuse to go to see a doctor because of lack of money. Consequently, they will miss the best treatment time. On the other hand, if doctor just diagnoses from the symptoms, ignore the complications and does not do the related exams, it would result in misdiagnosis, delay the disease and lead to Chronic Renal Failure.
Because of the dysfunction, kidneys will not generate urine, which will lead to the accumulation of waste in the blood. The water in the body also can not be excreted, thus forming dropsy. Chemical concentration in the body regulated by kidneys at all times will suffer severe balance disorder.
Mild attack of Acute Renal Failure is common, but more serious Acute Renal Failure (for example: Acute Renal Failure caused by glomerulonephritis) is rare.
Tips from Experts:

Whatever the causes of Renal Failure are, the kidneys have been damaged and symptoms of rise of creatinine and blood urea nitrogen, various complications have already occurred. So the patients should positively find the appropriate treatment method to improve their condition. 80% of nephrons are impaired when the disease develops into Renal Failure, so the key of treatment is to actively control complications and stabilize the patients’ condition and protect the remaining healthy nephrons. Through treatment, it should achieve the aim of reversing the phenotypic transformation of renal cells, restoring the renal function as much as possible, treating the disease from the source of pathological damage to the kidneys and completely reducing creatinine, urea nitrogen etc. Since we have understood the causes of Renal Failure, we should do early prevention. When diagnosed with the disease, patients should take observation and treatment as soon as possible in case the disease deteriorates.

If one gets Renal Failure, that is, his or her has lost some renal functions. Renal Failure occurs when both the kidneys fail to function as desired and are not able to rid the body of these harmful toxins and excess fluid. The toxic blood and excess water in turn will cause many other complications, leading to severe ailments, at times fatal. In a word, Renal Failure means part or complete loss of renal function which is caused when various chronic kidney diseases develop into the end stage.
1.Renal Fibrosis
Renal Fibrosis is a kind of physiopathologic change as well as a progressive process that renal function develops from health to damage, from damage to renal loss. Due to injury, infection, inflammation, blood circulatory disorder, immune reaction and stimulation of other pathogenic factors, renal intrinsic cells will be damaged. As the damage progresses, there will appear deposition and accumulation of abundant collagen which causes renal parenchyma gradually hardens and forms scar, finally renal function will lost completely.
2. Accumulation of ECM
Eextracellular matrix (ECM) is not easily to be degraded, so the abundant deposition and accumulation of ECM will replace healthy kidney units, thus leading continuous glomerulus hardening and tubulointerstitial fibrosis and renal blood vessels fibrosis. In a word, the accumulation of ECM aggravation of kidney disease.
3. Primary and secondary kidney diseases
It is easy for you to understand that the primary kidney disease may lead to Renal Failure with the aggravation of the disease. However, not all patients with kidney disease will get Renal Failure, for example, patients with kidney stone, renal cyst or some other acute kidney disease will not lead to Renal Failure if the effective and timely treatments are applied. As for the secondary kidney disease, if patients do not control the primary disease effectively, they may get Renal Failure. The main secondary kidney disease are Diabetic Nephropathy, Hypertensive Nephropathy, Lupus Nephropathy and so on.
The main reason of Renal Failure (Chronic Renal Failure) is the long-term renal pathological changes. As time goes by and disease progresses, the renal function gradually reduce, which finally leads to Renal Failure. Therefore, timely treatments for kidney disease, primary or secondary are necessary, patients with kidney disease should pay more attention to their health even there is no symptoms.
