1.Renal Fibrosis

3. Primary and secondary kidney diseases
It is easy for you to understand that the primary kidney disease may lead to Renal Failure with the aggravation of the disease. However, not all patients with kidney disease will get Renal Failure, for example, patients with kidney stone, renal cyst or some other acute kidney disease will not lead to Renal Failure if the effective and timely treatments are applied. As for the secondary kidney disease, if patients do not control the primary disease effectively, they may get Renal Failure. The main secondary kidney disease are Diabetic Nephropathy, Hypertensive Nephropathy, Lupus Nephropathy and so on.
The main reason of Renal Failure (Chronic Renal Failure) is the long-term renal pathological changes. As time goes by and disease progresses, the renal function gradually reduce, which finally leads to Renal Failure.
